Inaugural Patient-Centred Care Symposium

Through dialogue and presentations, stories and art we intend to highlight the strategies and approaches that are creating University Health Network’s Patient-Centred Care cultural shift. This symposium will offer the participants opportunities to engage with Person Centred Care thought leaders, to share their own organizational lessons, as well as provide a venue to network and problem solve with others.
The Keynote, "Complexity and Possibility in Human Centred Care" will be delivered by Gail Mitchell.
